Northern Kentucky Attorney: Serving All of the Commonwealth

If you’ve been injured in Kentucky, you’ll be better served by an attorney who knows the area, the people, the Courts and the Judges here. Resist the gimmicky billboards and radio ads. Don’t hire a giant firm from across the river that will stick you with a young, inexperienced and overworked associate attorney. Hire a serious Kentucky injury attorney who will give your case personal attention and get you results.

Although we focus on representing Northern Kentucky residents close to home, David has litigated dozens of cases throughout Central, Eastern and Western Kentucky. As a young defense attorney representing insurance companies, David has litigated both personal injury and workers’ comp cases from Pikeville to Owensboro, and just about everywhere in between. Having had the opportunity to practice in front of many different Judges in many different jurisdictions, David has built a well-earned reputation for candor and honesty with the Courts that he believes serves his clients’ interests well.

While located here in Northern Kentucky, we remain willing and able to serve throughout the various jurisdiction of the Commonwealth when necessary to protect our clients’ interests. We also have the ability to work collaboratively with local attorneys across Kentucky where the client’s needs are best served to do so, for instance, if you live in Northern Kentucky but were in an accident while you were traveling in another county. Whatever it takes to get the best possible outcome in a case, we will always go above and beyond for our clients.

The Law Office of David A. Schulenberg proudly represents the people of Kentucky.

About David

David grew up here in Campbell County and still lives here with his two beautiful children today. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University and received his law degree from NKU’s Chase College of Law. He has practiced law in a couple of different firms throughout Northern Kentucky over the last decade, but when he finally took the opportunity to go out and start his own law firm, he knew his home of Campbell County was where he wanted to be. David has been serving his neighbors in Campbell County from his conveniently located office in Highland Heights ever since.

When he is not practicing law, David enjoys spending time with his kids. On nice evenings, you might find him with his kids at Tower Park, or across the street at Fort Thomas Ice Cream. He is also an avid outdoorsman, who enjoys kayaking the Little Miami River and backpacking sections of the Appalachian Trail. He is a retired marathoner, but still enjoys leisurely running. David has given back to the community by volunteering with nonprofits such as ProKids and by serving clients pro bono through the Legal Aid of the Bluegrass.
